Refund policy
At Wrap Riot, every item is made to order as soon as you place your order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing issues, or other non-defective reasons. All sales are final.
What if your order is defective or incorrect?
We stand by the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
When contacting us, include:
- A clear photo of the item showing the problem
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
We will evaluate the situation and, if appropriate, provide a replacement, repair, or another solution.
Items that cannot be returned
All Wrap Riot products are custom-made. Returns for reasons other than defects, damages, or shipping errors are not accepted.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only for items confirmed to be defective, damaged, or shipped incorrectly. Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow your bank or credit card company time to complete the transaction.
